Sliding Frame or Push Floor is ideally to solve the dry or wet bulk material bridging problem, at same time it helps to move the material into discharge screw.
Sliding Frame or Push Floor structures connect to the Hydraulic Cylinder, then driven by the Hydraulic Power Pack.
The whole Sliding Frame Silo or Push Floor Bunker system includes the level sensor, shell structure, Sliding Frame or Push Floor Assembly, hydraulic driven system, discharge screw(s), knife gate(s) and PLC programmable control panel. It can be easily integrate into a whole plant.
Live Bottom are several screws attached to the bottom of a silo or bunker, it suits for discharging most of the bulk material, dry or wet.
With hundreds of installations experience, SDMCATI design the whole material handling system, robust and easy to maintenance.
Silo or Bunker volume can be customized from 300 cbf to 30,000 cbf.
Often, it acts as Storage Vessel or Receiving Station.
